2024 Chevrolet Colorado: Chevy’s Midsize Truck Powerhouse

The 2024 Chevrolet Colorado hits the market with only a few small changes to its equipment list. This midsize Chevy truck is useful on and off the road.

GM upgraded its midsize truck lineup in 2023, providing only one engine setup for all versions of the Colorado. Although every mode uses the same 2.7-liter 4-cylinder turbocharged engine, the five trims have two different power levels. The WT and LT models come standard with 237 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. Moving up to the Trail Boss, Z71, and ZR2 models, the power output is increased to 310 horsepower and 430 lb-ft of torque.

What’s new for the 2024 Colorado?

The latest version of this Chevy midsize truck includes an upgraded off-road package called the ZR2 Bison Edition Package. This package is highlighted by additional off-road capability, giving this truck more off-road performance and features.

In addition to the Bison package, the Colorado has a new 11-inch digital instrument cluster for all trims. The more powerful Turbo Max engine is available as an option for the WT and LT trims.

Let’s take a look at the features included in each trim.
