You Might Not Notice the Exterior Upgrades to the Tesla Model S

There are a few improvements to the exterior of this car, but you might not notice them. You’ll see bumpers that have been tweaked, a new set of optional 21-inch wheels, and a subtle change to the drag coefficient for the number crunchers. These upgrades are barely noticeable, so we won’t spend a lot of time on the outside.

Going Inside for Amazing Changes

When you look at the cabin area of the Model S, you’re going to see a massive 17-inch touchscreen in the middle of the dashboard in landscape orientation. Right in front of the driver’s seat is where the biggest change resides. You’ll see a yoke-style steering wheel that has no upper half to it at all. This is a unique wheel that might take some getting used to, but it’s certainly cool and looks like a fun item to use when you drive.

Looking at the rest of the inside, you’ll see more storage spaces for items you need to take with you. The center console is taller and deeper with wireless charging being offered as a standard feature. Your rear passengers can enjoy the same entertainment as your front passenger with an eight-inch touchscreen in the back of the center console.
