Nissan Rogue

The best-selling model in the Nissan family is the Rogue SUV and for 2019 this SUV hasn’t changed much but does give us more for the drive.
Most of the trims have increased in price only slightly, but much of the features that weren’t available on lower trims are now offered to make it possible for you to have the package of features you want for the drive. This is an SUV that could be exactly what you’re looking for and is certainly worth a test drive to see if it has what you want.

More ProPilot Assist for the Nissan Rogue

The biggest change we see in the lineup of the Nissan Rogue is the fact that the ProPilot Assist feature is now offered as an option in the SV trim. Last year, this was only available as an option at the top tier SL trim. This item is bundled into the Premium package which includes 18-inch wheels and an electronic parking brake. This means you can have a Nissan Rogue with the ProPilot Assist feature for less than $30,000 to give you an affordable and enjoyable small SUV to drive.

What is the ProPilot Assist Feature?

For those of you who don’t know what it is, the ProPilot Assist is about as comprehensive as it gets for full capability in a semi-autonomous feature. This system will slow the vehicle to a full stop and then speed it back up again as far as 90 mph (although that speed isn’t recommended). It also centers the vehicle in the lane which allows the system to steer for you around bends and turns without any issues at all. This system is excellent and a welcome addition when you’re stuck in traffic that doesn’t seem to be moving very quickly at all.

Move to the Highest Trim in the Rogue

If you choose to spend even more for your Rogue and you select the SL trim, the ProPilot Assist and 19-inch wheels are now standard. This trim does offer you the ability to have more driver assist features for the drive as well. One that’s extremely useful is the rear door alert which warns you when somebody or something might be in the back seat area before you exit the vehicle. This is the system that makes sure you don’t leave pets or small children behind when you go into a store or your home.

The Price Range is Reasonable

With the large number of features and qualities that the Nissan Rogue offers, this is an SUV that’s priced right to give you an excellent drive. The starting models will surprise you with affordability and the top trim will amaze you with the value that’s added for only a little more. Choose the right Nissan Rogue to drive, check the box for the ProPilot Assist feature, and start to have a great drive in a vehicle that’s been one of the most impressive on the market.
