Taking Perfection Even Farther

When it comes to driving we see a variety of models at the top of the market that feel like they have achieved perfection for the drive on the road and at the track. These cars are not built for only one type of driving, but to handle the roads wherever you may end up during a day that makes the car you drive the vessel of dreams and fun for you. If you feel this way about the car you drive, you might sense that you’ve found perfection on the road, but automakers are always moving that line to create a more perfect vehicle for you to drive.

Perfection that’s Redefined

One of the cars that we know offers us the balance of driving everywhere we can go is the Mercedes-AMG GT. This car is one of the most glorious machines for the ride and while it does possess a high price tag, perfection is attainable. This car and the GT R are able to offer you the components that help you stick to the road and take on the challenges of riding down the road or racing around the track with the confidence that you can stick the corners.

In an effort to bring some of the aspects of the three different GT models; the standard GT, the GT R, and the racing GT 4, Mercedes-AMG is putting together another new variation that we’ve seen in the past and loved for what it brought to the market. This new model will be the next version of the Black Series and it appears to be on its way to being debuted sometime next year. This new version of the GT will be lighter and more powerful than the standard model and borrow aspects from all three of the versions we see on the market right now.

Under the hood, we expect to see the same 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine that pumps out 577 horsepower along with a variety of excellent items to help this car perform. There should be a large front splitter, front dive planes, a vented hood, a large rear wing and a massive rear diffuser. Most of these items will come from the GT 4 race car along with several carbon fiber components that will allow this car to be more capable on the road and on the track to be the Black Series model that will add more to the driving perfection we want to enjoy.

When Will We See This New Car

While the new Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series isn’t ready to be released yet, it will be ready soon. The expectation is that we’ll see this new version of the car that has become the perfect sports coupe at the Geneva Motor Show in 2018. This seems to be the location that many of the high-end reveals take place and this car certainly falls into that category.
