Completely Uncovered

As the automotive world continues to offer us more of the vehicles we want, we see new models showing up each and every year to give us something we didn’t have from the brand in the past. While the automotive world works to be more creative, more efficient and more enticing than ever, we try and get a look at vehicles before they are offered as a concept or production model so that we can have a discussion regarding the model before it ever crosses the stage and shows off what a vehicle might be able to bring us for the drive.

The Naked Reveal

One of the new models that are slated for the 2019 model year is the Audi Q8 SUV. This will be the new flagship SUV to be offered on the market in order to make sure you have the quality drive you’re looking for in a vehicle that’s in the luxury market and big enough for you to have the space for the entire family. Recently, this SUV has been seen on the roads without any coverings or camouflage at all, making it the first time we’ve talked about a vehicle being totally revealed before its actual debut.

There is one photo that’s making the rounds online that gives us a look at the Q8, but this completely naked SUV makes it easier than ever for us to be able to talk about what this big SUV will offer. Not only will this be a vehicle that will reach the US in 2019, but it offers you the benefits of sculpted rear wheel arches, a taillight section that covers the width of the SUV, a new rear liftgate spoiler, five-spoke wheels, and black exhaust tips that are integrated into the rear bumper. All of this was visible in the model that was captured in the photo.

Under the Hood

While the one photo doesn’t allow us to see under the hood, we already know this SUV is expected to arrive in the US with the 3.0-liter turbocharged V6 engine that will provide 354 horsepower and 369 lb.-ft. of torque. This engine will be attached to an eight-speed automatic transmission and the Quattro AWD as a standard aspect of the drive. There’s also going to be a high-performance RS version of this model which may use a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine and there may also be a plug-in hybrid E-Tron variation to make sure you can have the drive that’s right.

With the photo online we now have more of a reason to discuss the Audi Q8 which will be ready to have the quality drive and the performance we want to have on the road in a large SUV that has the luxury build you’re looking for. This is a vehicle that we can look forward to and be ready to talk about even more often when it comes to the US in 2019 as an impressive model that will be the vehicle that we love to enjoy out on the road.
