Infiniti QX80 Limited

Large, luxurious and always lovely is the Infiniti QX80.  This huge monstrosity carries in the Infiniti styling we all love and the handling that is so much better than any other brand on the market today.  This $89,845 beast shows itself with a 5.6-liter V8 pumping out 400 horsepower and 413 lb.-ft. of torque.  There is a choice for a rear wheel drive, but you can skip right past that and ask for the All-Mode all-wheel drive to pair up with the adaptive suspension.  Inside you can enjoy the look of the matte finished ash wood trim and the sounds of the 15-speaker Bose sound system as you take the whole crew to a far off destination.

Cadillac Escalade ESV Platinum 4WD

When you see a Cadillac with that many titles you can just add up the price as the more titles the higher the price of the vehicle.  This humongous SUV shows up at $95,870 and is one of the most exclusive and expensive American models on the market.  The power for this big boy comes from the 6.2-liter pushrod V8 which produces 420 horsepower and 460 lb.-ft. of twist while attached to an eight-speed automatic transmission.  If you can think of a feature to have on a vehicle, this one has it and then some including the 4G LTE Wi-Fi through the OnStar system which allows your family to enjoy great connectivity even when on the road in a remote location.

BMW X5 M

The M means it’s sporty and the X5 is the midrange of the BMW lineup of SUVs.  This great looking and awesome performing high priced SUV is a great choice when you don’t want to have the massive size of some of the previously mentioned models.  The power for this beauty comes from the 4.4-liter twin turbocharged V8 engine that gives you a full 567 horsepower.  The AWD, adaptive xenon headlights, 18-way adjustable seats and start stop technology all help you understand why this awesome SUV comes in at a price of $99,650.

BMW X6 M

The X6 M is the next size up from the X5 M and comes in with everything the smaller model offers but in a slightly larger package.  What is different is the fact this is considered to be the sport active vehicle from BMW and the shape of it actually reduces the cargo space by 17 cubic feet but also shaves off 75 pounds to give a much better performance than the X5 M.  For this change in shape and higher performance you will have to pay a bit more as this is our first model over the $100k mark at $103,050.

Mercedes-Benz GL63 AMG

As with the Cadillac, once you add 63 and AMG to the title, the price soars up on this SUV, but who cares?  This is one of the most appealing large SUVs on the entire planet.  This beauty is full of awesome features, the best Mercedes- Benz has to offer and is powered by a 5.5-liter twin turbocharged V8 that gives you 550 horsepower and 560 lb.-ft. of torque.  This behemoth actually reaches sixty mph in only 4.8 seconds, which is faster than some sports cars on the market.  In order to find one of these beauties in your driveway you will have to part with $120,375 of your hard earned money.

Range Rover Autobiography LWB

The LWB stands for long-wheelbase and certainly for huge jump in price as this big beauty shows up at $144,985.  For that price though you have a lot more room for the entire family and quite a bit more cargo space to fill with great items.  While on an adventure in the wilderness you and yours can enjoy the absolute luxury and pampering that is found when inside this awesome SUV until you reach the remote and glorious destination of your journey.

Porsche Cayenne Turbo S

This SUV is not meant for amazing off road performance, but is built for those who want a sporty, car like experience from their SUV on the road.  This may seem like a lot to ask of $158,295, but remember this is a Porsche and the Cayenne is basically a 911 on steroids.  The power for this awesome SUV is a 4.8-liter twin turbocharged V8 engine that offers up 570 horsepower.  The rest of this SUV is made for racing with features such as ten-piston front brake calipers and a dry sump lubrication system to help get the most performance possible from this beautiful SUV.

Mercedes-AMG G65

Strangely enough those with lots of money love the size and shape of this SUV.  This is a true square box filled with all the best from Mercedes-Benz.  This is a military grade vehicle powered by a 6.0-liter V12 twin turbocharged engine that puts out 612 horsepower and 737 lb.-ft. of torque while asking for a price of $218,825.  This is truly and off road beast and on road player as it can reach the sixty mph mark in well under 5.3 seconds which considering its size and shape is really pretty awesome.

The surprise to you might be that this list didn’t start over $100k for the price, but as you can see half the list was under that mark and half over it.  Whether you are in need of a top dog family hauler or are more interested in the sport to go along with the size you will certainly find everything you could want and more from these SUVs that simply represent the “price is not obstacle” crowd.
