The cars that went from being concept models to the actual production versions without being ones that were offered with only a few changes if any at all are more than admirable. Here is the second part of the list of amazing concepts that have made their way to the road as cars that weren’t changed much at all from the early production model.

Tesla Model S – As a company that has loved to do things differently from the rest Tesla showed the Model S EV as a show car in 2009 at a private event. This car made it to the production line for 2012 which is when it came to the market and began to shake up the automotive industry with its 295-mile range on a single charge, making EV models more viable than ever.

Jaguar F-Type – While it was named the C-X16 as a concept model this was destined to be the F-Type which pays respect to the most iconic sports car from Jaguar, the E-Type. This F-Type came to the market in 2014 as a sports car that demands your attention and provides you with an insane 550 horsepower in the R form. This is a car that went from concept to road perfectly.

Bugatti Veyron – The Veyron EB 18.4 Concept is the one that carried the most aspects that were used in the 2004 Veyron. While the concept was offered in 1998 it took nearly sixteen years to get this car to production with the right aspects such as the quad-turbocharged 16-cylinder engine that allowed this car to reach 253 mph with more than 1,000 horsepower to enjoy.

BMW 6-Series – This car started out as a large and exciting sports car model called the Z9 Gran Turismo and fit right into the lineup four years later as the large coupe that we loved to drive. This car one of the most elegant offered from BME to be a car that was right in the lineup and gave those that wanted power cruiser exactly what they could enjoy on the road.

Acura NSX – Shown as a concept in 2012 it appears this car made it from concept to the showrooms in 2015 as the same car. The NSX is one of the most powerful, technologically advanced and fun to drive cars on the market that took our breath away three years before Acura gave it to the public for consumption.

2012 Range Rover Evoque – The Range Rover Evoque came from the Land Rover LRX concept from four years earlier which proved that Land Rover could build a small street-oriented crossover rather than just the large and loom expensive off-road monsters. This has led the way toward a change in how the Range Rover lineup is viewed and what it offers.

Porsche Boxster – This is a car that came to be one of the most subdued and right for the road models that we’ve driven over the years. This car went from concept to production in four years and is a sports car that offered a lightweight that allowed the lower power numbers to be acceptable for the driving and the fun we wanted to have on the road.

Jeep Wrangler – While the Wrangler has been around forever and it has been unchanged most of the time, the 2005 Jeep Rescue Concept is the inspiration for the Wrangler that was built in 2007 as the new generation mode. This is a vehicle that we love for its few changes over the years and the long list of ways we can customize it for our own desires. Looking for a current Jeep model? There are plenty available for you to choose from, like the Grand Cherokee and Compass.

Mini Cooper – The Cooper is a bit more bulbous than the ACV 30 concept that was offered in 1997, but the Cooper showed up in 2001 as a car that looked great and followed the tradition of the performance and quality we expected to have on the road. Over the years this has become one of the most recognized models to make its way to the road in a variety of forms.

Nissan GT-R – Take the concept from 2005 and put it next to the production model from 2008 and you’ll have a pair of twins. As the high powered Nissan model that can tear up the track, the GT-R has been one of the most exciting cars to hit the market in several years and it’s still one that many of us would love the opportunity to drive.
